Which plan is right for me?

Of course it depends on what your needs are. That being said, the vast majority of our users go for the GROW plan because 1) it saves you even more time thanks to the AI, and 2) it uncovers more opportunities for monetization with the CRM. The DISCOVER plan won’t do that, but it’s a good choice to have a foot in the door when it comes to X growth. As for the Enterprise plan, we recommend it if you are interested in email matching and/or if you operate in an extremely niche sector (say, lithium-mining for example, we actually have had that come up in the past). In such cases, being able to customize our AI for your niche by feeding it examples is a great way to improve the results.

What payment methods do you accept?

All our payments are powered by Stripe, a world leader in payment processing. We accept credit and debit cards from all around the world. Due to the recent changes in local regulation for foreign transactions in India, it’s possible that your payment doesn’t go through if you’re based there. We’re sorry about that and are working on a solution.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a generous refund policy of up to 30 days after payment, no questions asked.

Still, we know it’s never fun when you forget to cancel a trial. So we offer a generous 30-day refund policy. If you do forget to cancel for whatever reason and end up getting billed, just send us an email and we’ll happily refund you. We won’t try and defend ourselves or convince you to keep the tool or whatever.

I’m wondering whether or not I should invest time and effort in X.

We believe X is very much like SEO when it comes to delivering results. It’s not a short term game and more likely something that starts to pay off after a few weeks or months of effort. Which means that the longer you delay starting, the longer you delay results. There’s no way to catch up on the time you lost. So if you do consider X to be an important channel, we suggest you start anyway. Better to take it slow but set the pieces moving, than to remain static and lose months of growth and progress. If you don’t consider it an important channel, then we probably won’t agree 😂.
